Independent · data-led · in the client's interest

Porsche 911 market analysis meets hands-on technical experience.

We are not a conventional search agency and not a dealer. We bring data, documentation and technical experience together so that buyers and owners can make well-founded decisions about their Porsche 911.

The starting position

The market draws finer distinctions.

History, specification, condition and documentation have a marked effect on demand, price and how easily a car sells later .

Buyers look more closely and factor gaps in the history, the specification or the documentation into what they are willing to pay. A structured assessment helps you judge the asking price, the costs that may follow and how easily the car will sell later.

Buying a car, or having one found

What you actually receive.

From the one-off remote filter through the guided buying decision to a technical assessment and a full search.

01

Digital Audit & Market Check

The first filter. We check the listing, the paperwork on hand and the market data remotely for plausibility. The aim is to spot unsuitable candidates before you spend time and travel money.

The result: A PDF dossier with a market value analysis, an assessment of the specification and a list of questions to ask.
  • Market analysis: A comparison with real sales data (active against sold).
  • Days-on-market check: How long has the car already been on the market?
  • Options score: Are critical options missing (a lift system, Sport Chrono)?
  • Photograph analysis: Anything visible in the panel gaps, the surfaces, the attached parts and the wear. A reliable judgement of the paint requires a measurement on site.
02

Porsche 911 Purchase Advisory

For a car you have already found, when further paperwork, follow-up questions and dealer answers come after the Digital Audit. We guide the remote process through to a buying decision that holds.

The result: The open questions settled, the evidence placed in context, a negotiating strategy for that car and a closing recommendation.
  • Digital Audit: Market, price, specification, history and risks.
  • Follow-up questions: Up to two bundled rounds of correspondence and analysis.
  • Paperwork: A professional reading of documents and inspection reports supplied later.
  • Decision: Buy, buy only on clear conditions, or walk away.
03

Technical Due Diligence (on site)

We travel to the car and assess it physically. As an independent technical representative of your interests we look specifically for the weak points of that model and document what we find.

The result: A detailed condition report, the control unit logs and a buying recommendation.
  • Paint & bodywork: Paint thickness measurement all round & a visual check of the underbody.
  • FAP analysis (Fahrzeuganalyseprotokoll): Reading out the over-revs (ranges 1 to 6) and the operating hours.
  • Technical check: Cold start, how the engine runs, oil tightness (crankshaft seal), the condition of the radiators.
  • Road test: Gearbox, clutch, straight-line stability and noises.
04

Porsche Sourcing & Acquisition

For buyers who have not yet found a specific car. We take on the process from the search brief to the vehicle side of the purchase, drawing on our off-market network along the way.

The result: A structured search and a solid basis for deciding on a candidate that matches the brief you agreed.
  • Profiling: Defining the asset class (model, budget, purpose).
  • Screening: A market scan and enquiries within the dealer network.
  • Assessment: A Digital Audit and Purchase Advisory for every serious candidate are included; on-site Technical Due Diligence is instructed separately if you want it.
  • Negotiation & completion: The price negotiation and support through the vehicle side of the purchase.
05

Investor Dossier & Technical Compendium

A detailed, model-specific basis for your decision, for example on the 991 Touring, with the technical background and the relevant market data.

The result: A digital compendium (250 to 600 pages per edition) as a PDF download.
  • Technical depth: Engine codes, gearbox variants, weak points.
  • Production figures: Numbers built, colours and rarity.
  • Specification guide: Which options add value?
  • Market history: Price trends and forecast.
06

Vehicle Documentation & Market Valuation

For owners who want the history, specification and documentation of their Porsche 911 set out in a structured way, and the current market value range placed in a way they can follow.

The result: A digital vehicle record valid as at a given date, with an assessment of the documentation, a market value range and an action plan.
  • Vehicle profile: Basic data, specification, modifications and ownership history.
  • Documentation: A chronology of servicing, repairs and investment.
  • Market value: A data-led value range as at the given date.
  • Action plan: The evidence that is missing and the next steps worth taking.
07

Do you want to sell?

We prepare your 911 professionally and place it directly within our network. If you prefer, the marketing is discreet and without a public advertisement.

The principle: The commission stays tied to the sale price actually achieved.
  • Sales presentation: Your data prepared professionally.
  • Network pitch: A targeted approach to dealers and collectors.
  • Discretion: A sale without a public advertisement if you wish (off-market).
  • Completion: Support through to the money arriving.
