We analyse the listing, the history, the specification, the price and the documentation. From that comes a prioritised plan for clearing up what is still open.
We draft up to two bundled rounds of follow-up questions and assess the answers and any documents supplied afterwards.

The examples below are deliberately anonymised and boiled down to the point that mattered professionally. They show why an advertisement, a general statement from the seller or a single inspection report is often not enough for a buying decision that holds.
On a Carrera T, an external report noted elevated paint thickness readings across the whole car. At the same time the 911 was advertised as accident-free. That still left open whether the readings came from the factory finish, later refinishing or an earlier repair.
The decisive point: The cause and the extent had to be established in writing and as specifically as possible. Until then it remained a clear condition of purchase.
On a GT3 Touring, a stated refinishing job needed to be pinned down. For a later resale, a verbal statement such as "only cosmetic" is not enough. What matters is which panels were affected, what prompted the work, how extensive it was, and a clear statement on whether bodywork or accident damage lay behind it.
The decisive point: The paint history was put in writing, so that the same question does not have to be answered again later without anything solid to go on.
In another purchase, an external condition report was already available. It assessed mainly the paperwork and what was visible from outside, but said too little about the internal mechanical or electronic condition. A 111-point check and a diagnostic log that could actually be analysed were therefore not a duplicate assessment.
The decisive point: What counts is not the title of an inspection report, but which points were actually checked and documented.
On a 997 GT3 Clubsport, a traceable history and an unremarkable diagnostic log were important positive elements of the risk assessment. The further checks were not only about looking for faults, but also about telling the car's real strengths apart from mere selling points.
The decisive point: Clean documentation does not replace an assessment of the car itself, but it can make a buying decision considerably better founded.

No. The physical assessment of the car is a separate Technical Due Diligence. It can be instructed in addition where it is needed.
