Assessment Level 1: we evaluate the listing, the available paperwork and the asking price against real market data, before you travel to view the car. The result comes as a PDF dossier, usually within 24 hours.

Assessment Level 2: Digital Audit plus up to two bundled rounds of follow-up questions, interpretation of the dealer's answers and the paperwork, a negotiating strategy and a clear recommendation: buy, buy only on conditions, or walk away.

Assessment Level 3: physical assessment where the car is, with paint thickness measurement, diagnostic readout, technical check and a test drive. Many clients filter the car through the Digital Audit first.

All fixed prices for private clients include statutory VAT. The success fees for sourcing (3.5 %) and for the sales brokerage (3 %) are stated plus VAT and correspond to 4.17 % and 3.57 % incl. VAT respectively. Trade prices on request. The MarqueScope subscriptions for dealers and professionals are stated plus VAT and are cancellable monthly.
Travel is calculated from our base (Fehmarn) at €0.59/km. It is added to the Technical Due Diligence fee of from €790 incl. VAT.
The sourcing mandate starts with a retainer of €1,500 incl. VAT, which is offset against the purchase. On completion a success fee of 3.5 % of the purchase price plus VAT is added (corresponding to 4.17 % incl. VAT). Included are the Digital Audit and the Purchase Advisory for every serious candidate, the conduct of negotiations, support through the vehicle side of the purchase and strategic investment advice. On-site Technical Due Diligence is not covered by the mandate fee and is charged separately if instructed (from €790 incl. VAT plus travel at €0.59/km).
On a sale we charge a 3 % success fee plus VAT (effectively 3.57 % incl. VAT). The commission is not capped. That keeps our fee directly tied to the sale price actually achieved.
All prices for private clients include statutory VAT. Trade prices on request. A viewing does not replace the German statutory roadworthiness test (Hauptuntersuchung) under §29 StVZO. A legal review of the contract or legal advice is not part of the services. The exact scope follows from the particular offer. Travel is calculated from our base on Fehmarn at €0.59/km. Our Terms and Conditions with the description of services and the right of withdrawal apply.

The calculation from marquescope.de: an average vehicle price of €180,000 and an estimated margin of €12,000 per car. A single bad purchase avoided therefore saves you €12,000. MarqueScope Multi (€899/month) amounts to 0.50 % measured against the vehicle price. If just one deal per quarter turns out better by that margin, the benefit of €48,000 a year is 4.4 times the annual cost of €10,788, a net ROI of around 345 %. In short: a single better deal can pay for the annual subscription. The worked example rests on an estimated margin and is not a guaranteed outcome. MarqueScope does not replace your experience.
