Nine main models, four configurations
The scope of the analysis
The analysis distinguishes not only between the generations, but also between how prices develop by body style and gearbox. The analysis covers the following nine main models: Porsche 997.1 Turbo (2006-2009), 997.2 Turbo (2010-2013), 997.2 Turbo S (2011-2013), 991.1 Turbo (2014-2016), 991.1 Turbo S (2014-2016), 991.2 Turbo (2016-2019), 991.2 Turbo S (2016-2019), 992.1 Turbo (2020-2024) and 992.1 Turbo S (2020-2025).
For each of these models, four configurations are distinguished wherever the data allows: Coupé with a manual gearbox, Coupé with automatic/PDK, Cabriolet with a manual gearbox and Cabriolet with automatic/PDK.
The price data was compiled from a range of sources, including publicly accessible sales platforms, market reports and dealer figures. The prices represent averages and can vary with equipment, mileage, condition and other factors.

A closer look at the 997.2 Turbo: Since the 997.2 Turbo was the last generation of the 911 Turbo offered with a manual gearbox, this model and its value development receive particular attention. The extreme rarity of certain combinations (above all the 997.2 Turbo Cabriolet with a manual gearbox) produces exceptional price behaviour that is of particular interest to collectors and investors.
